    I am listening to "To Eat or Not to Eat Meat" from the Gastropod. Very interesting to learn about the history behind vegetarianism.

    It was interesting to learn about virtual water use. We indirectly increase our water consumption through so many things we would never think about.

    I think this was very helpful in determining what my household can do to reduce our carbon footprint. It was definitely surprising to see the results.

    It was a fun people watching activity. I also enjoyed the weather, as a cool breeze felt nice during my break.

    I would like to participate in anxiety and stress reducing meditations. I find it very relaxing.
