    The mindful eating goal has helped me practice focusing on and interacting with my daughter during mealtimes, which has been a great bonding opportunity

    So far the biggest change I have made is I am cooking meals at home a lot more often. I seldom used to cook, but now I am cooking meals at least 4-5 nights a week

      Enjoy what you eat by following the healthy tips
      1. Balance your plate with Fruits, vegetables and proteins
      2. Stay Hydrated.
      3. Limit added sugars
      4. Eat more plant-based meals
      5. Mind your portions. Eat what you need and pack the rest (if portion is big)
