I will volunteer 12 hours in my community during the challenge.

I will make sure I’m registered to vote. While I’m at it, I’ll sign up to help others register too!

I will keep lights, electronics, and appliances turned off when not using them.

I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.

I will reduce food waste and save money by prepping for 4 meal(s) each day, only buying the ingredients I need.

If at all possible, I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases.

I will keep 2 disposable plastic bottles from entering the waste stream by using a reusable water bottle.
