    Gratitude reminds me of reasons why we do, especially in times of turmoil, divide, & disconnect. From basic necessities to little luxuries, thinking on my place in the world, knowing there is room in-betweens to better balance & tighten the gaps. With Integrity. 🌱

    This one was an interesting find (though technically not a podcast) as I have been following many videos posted in the aftermaths of Helene in WNC, a place I used to call home. The Aeroponic Tower Channel ( https://youtu.be/Uho9BZJm1Tg?si=Gd7tX1RuUJaL1b_p) is posting updates & footage from Marshall area (I believe) & today circled back to her homesteading, food growing security, & prep which is absolutely beautiful & hopeful to see in the wake of so much loss. I have some catching up to do but feel re-inspired by her work, sustainable service, & sharing. ❤️‍🩹🌱

    The EPA site is rich with information & links to local areas of concern. Go gently as it looks dauntingly overwhelming. The US map of Superfund Sites provides enough visual impact to keep trudging through for lasting solutions... & reminders of our long trains of neglect & abuses
