I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, acquaintance, or someone who I may disagree with in at least 10 conversations.

I will use the resource links provided and spend 30 minutes learning about the native populations that lived in my area prior to colonization, and what I can do to support those that still exist.

I will spend 30 minutes learning about restorative justice and conflict resolution.

I will volunteer 50 hours in my community during the challenge.

I will watch 1 documentaries about systemic racism to learn more about how it affects us and the planet.

I will spend 30 minutes learning about constructive communication.

I will spend 10 minutes reading the Ecochallenge feed each day and giving high fives or commenting on posts by people who I don't know, but whose content inspires or interests me.

I will calculate my digital carbon footprint and take steps to reduce my CO2 emissions.

I will complete an online energy audit of my home, office, or dorm room and identify my next steps for saving energy.

I will calculate the carbon emissions associated with my household and consider how different lifestyle choices could reduce our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment.
