    I'd like to consistently get 8 hours of sleep on work nights. A consistent routine definitely makes it easier to fall asleep at night (and also increased discipline with screen time in bed).

      Try melatonin at bedtime, works every time. It's a natural sleep sedative. It'll have you sleeping like a baby. No grogginess in the morning. You wake up energetic.
