REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Tristan Griffiths 10/10/2024 12:13 AMI'd like to consistently get 8 hours of sleep on work nights. A consistent routine definitely makes it easier to fall asleep at night (and also increased discipline with screen time in bed).
