    I think that reflecting has really helped me to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life, and I would want to reflect more on how my actions and words affect others.

    Practicing gratitude makes me realize that the things that I have, have so much more value than I realize sometimes. I realize that I am very lucky to have certain things in my life.

    When I exercise, I go to soccer each night and see some of my closest friends, almost 5 days a week.

    Eco challenge so far has made me more conscious of my everyday life choices. It has been so much fun and eye-opening to see the impacts that one person makes on the planet everyday.
