I will keep lights, electronics, and appliances turned off when not using them.
I will plant an herb garden in my home, workplace, or dorm room.
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 20 minutes each day.
I will spend 20 minutes per day outside, practicing gratitude (prayer, meditation, journaling, etc.) for Earth and my natural surroundings.
I will journal each day about my experiences in nature.
