Cosette Stinson 10/31/2024 3:46 PMI've found more ways to incorporate vegan meals into my diet. Several friends have recommended local vegan markets and restaurants that are entirely vegan or have a primarily vegan menu. It is far easier to reduce my meat consumption than I had realized.-
Olena Sytar 10/31/2024 5:52 PMIncredible! I've also tried a few vegan options for my favorite meals - and they taste so good.

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyHow might you be able to get others involved in advocating for the shift to clean energy?
Cosette Stinson 10/25/2024 6:02 PMI believe that the majority of people don't participate in these programs simply because they aren't aware that it is an option that is available to them. Most energy companies have a renewable energy option, and while it isn't automatic to enroll, it takes very little time and effort to enroll. Having conversations about how big of an impact you can make with just a little bit of thought and action can make a big difference. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
Cosette Stinson 10/25/2024 5:58 PMMarketing plays a huge part in overconsumption. Once, I remember someone saying "would you buy it if it wasn't a part of this display?" in a video, and then removing the product and placing it on another, less-flashy shelf to think about whether or not she wanted or needed the product, or if she was falling victim to good advertising. Giving yourself that moment to seek clarity about whether or not this is a practical or necessary purchase can really change how you act as a consumer.-
