Faith Sicklick 10/31/2024 4:13 PMBefore I joined this challenge, I thought I was doing enough, recycling, changing to a lawn garden, working remotely, reducing electricity usage to prevent neighborhood power outages, etc. Now I realize that there are so many different categories of other eco areas that I had not considered. Umpqua Bank has helped me to think more about the community as a whole.-

It made me really open my eyes to how we get our food/ how it impacts our bodies and also the planet. Great recommendation!

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Jordan Bowen 10/31/2024 1:56 PMMy kids also love to be active so I try to do my exercise with them. We had a cool opportunity to go kick the ball around Providence Park last summer and they keep asking to go back. So hard to explain that we don't get to go to a professional soccer field whenever we want!-
